Items of convenience, found in shops on every corner of the city, have short-lived presence in our lives -- a quick snack, a pack of gum-- but long-lasting negative impacts on the planet. How can we radically rethink how we package these items using materials that we can divert from the waste stream or that we can create to biodegrade quickly back into the earth?
